Arab Springs to life at Kempton
Arab Spring appreciated a marked drop in class to win the Group Three September Stakes at Kempton.
Arab Spring: Back to winning ways
Sir Michael Stoute's horse had been beaten out of side in the Juddmonte International on his second start back from an absence, but in these calmer waters proved much too good for his rivals under title-chasing Jim Crowley.
Robin Of Navan (11/2) stayed on well for second on his first run in the UK since his debut, but the sole three-year-old in the line-up was no match for the impressive winner, who had been backed into 11/10 favouritism.
Sky Hunter (5/2) took third for Godolphin.
It was a double on the card for Crowley, who had ridden the winner of the opening race only to be denied by a short head in the second.
