ARQANA has unveiled the catalogue for its Autumn Sale which begins its three-day run at the Deauville sales complex on November 14.

The first day sees 246 lots catalogued, with a combination of horses-in-training and two-year-old stores. The following two days will be comprised of 393 lots of yearlings, with a focus on National Hunt-breds on the second day.

There are also 12 wildcard entries available in the horses-in-training session. These entries are reserved for recent runners and resulted in three of the top four prices at last year's renewal of the sale.

Among the eye-catching entries within the 197 lots of horses-in-training, which includes a draft from the Aga Khan, are the Alain du Royer Dupre-trained Black Sea (lot 154), a Listed-winning son of Dubai Destination; King Of Spades (152), a two-year-old son of Foxwedge that finished runner-up in the Group 3 Prix Eclipse; the Listed-placed Takealot (168), a Turtle Bowl half-brother to Tatenen; Chambard (202), who won a Group 1 event for AQPS breds, and Doux Pretender (207), a son of Great Pretender that won his only start to date at Nantes for Fabrice Foucher.

Among the 37 National Hunt two-year-old stores are lots by the likes of Blue Bresil, Buck's Boum, Great Pretender, Network, Sadler Maker and Saint Des Saints.

The yearlings on offer include a No Risk At All half-sister to Grade 1 winners All Yours and Lac Fontana (268); a Blue Bresil half-brother to three-time Grade 1 winner Golden Silver (274), and a Martaline half-brother to Pont Alexandre (352).

While there are Flat-bred yearlings by the likes of Siyouni, Le Havre, Nathaniel and Wootton Bassett.
