Atty Persse done for the season
Roger Charlton's exciting Frankel colt Atty Persse will not run again this season.
Atty Persse: Out for the season
The two-year-old made quite an impression when winning at Sandown last month, beating subsequent winner Hamada by a length and three-quarters under George Baker.
He ran at the Esher track in the colours of Bjorn Nielsen but has since been bought by Godolphin.
Charlton said: "Atty Persse will not run again. He was going to run at Pontefract but he had a bad scope on Thursday, so we'll wait until next year.
"We scratched him from the Racing Post Trophy."
Atty Persse is as short as 25-1 with Stan James for next year's Investec Derby.
