David Bass makes a quick return from injury with two rides at Wincanton on Thursday.
David Bass: Set for Wincanton rides
The jockey has made a rapid recovery after suffering fractures to his cheekbone in a fall at Ascot on November 19.
He has two rides for his boss Kim Bailey, teaming up with Aliandy in the opening novices' handicap hurdle and Cresswell Legend in the concluding bumper provided the Somerset venue passes a morning inspection.
"The doctors have passed him fit and it will be good to see him back on the racecourse," Bailey told his official website.
Bass will be in action at Sandown on Saturday where his mounts are set to include Charbel in the Racing Post Henry VIII Novices' Chase and Jimmy The Jetplane in the Betfair London National Handicap Chase.
