Brametot goes for Classic double


Brametot will attempt a Guineas and Derby double when he lines up in the Qipco Prix du Jockey Club at Chantilly on Sunday.

Jean-Claude Rouget's colt won the French 2000 Guineas at Deauville three weeks ago and will renew rivalry with Rivet, who was third that day and will be ridden by Frankie Dettori in stall four.

Godolphin have three runners – Andre Fabre's Soleil Marin and the Charlie Appleby-trained duo of D'Bai and Bay Of Poets.

Ryan Moore will ride Aidan O'Brien's War Decree, with Taj Mahal (Donnacha O'Brien) and Orderofthegarter (Seamie Heffernan) also running for Ballydoyle.

Recoletos, Waldgeist, Plumatic and Be My Sheriff make up the 12-strong field.
