Bryan Cooper set for scan
Bryan Cooper must wait for a scan after being taken to hospital following a spill in the first race at Punchestown.
Bryan Cooper: Suffered a kick
The rider, who enjoyed Grade One success in his role as number one rider for Gigginstown House Stud with Petit Mouchoir at Leopardstown on Thursday, was unseated after Arkwrisht made a bad mistake five out in a beginners' chase.
He was initially sent for a precautionary X-ray, but it was felt following that a scan would be beneficial.
Turf Club medical officer Dr Adrian McGoldrick said: "Bryan has gone to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown for a scan, as the X-ray was not very clear.
"It probably won't be done until tomorrow, possibly even Monday, given the weekend.
"He's sore around his pelvis, he's in good form but Dr (Paddy) Kenny felt he should get it done. Hopefully that will be tomorrow."
