Burrows eyes Salisbury Song
Owen Burrows is favouring a shot at the Bathwick Tyres Dick Poole Fillies' Stakes at Salisbury next for Oriental Song.
The daughter of Shamardal bettered her debut second at Chepstow when running out a convincing winner of a fillies' novice event on her second start at Newmarket.
Plans are now in place for the two-year-old to be stepped up to Group Three company for a tilt at the six-furlong contest on September 7.
Burrows said: "She didn't come out of Newmarket as well I would have liked her to, so we gave her a little bit of time off.
"The Dick Poole might just suit her. We are just building her back up in her work now. That race is four weeks away and it's a nice race to aim her at."
The Lambourn handler is not ruling out a crack at the Al Basti Equiworld Gimcrack Stakes at York later this month with Enjazaat.

After leaving a below-par debut at Newbury behind with victory at Yarmouth, the son of Acclamation failed to feature last time out in the July Stakes at Newmarket.
Burrows added: "He seemed OK and nothing major came to light. I've just started him back now. I've left him in the Gimcrack, but he will have to work very well to justify going there.
"I think he is better than how he ran at Newmarket. For me he just didn't pick up for 50 to 100 yards. He didn't go backwards, but he didn't quicken like we know he can."
Burrows has been dealt a blow after learning he is likely to be without Tabdeed for the rest of the season.
The son of Havana Gold was introduced at 33-1 for next year's Qipco 2000 Guineas after making a winning introduction at Leicester last Wednesday.
Burrows added: "Unfortunately about half an hour after the race he was very lame, so there are no plans for him.
"We've X-rayed him but there is nothing obvious and he will have some more scans at the end of the week.
"David Probert said he never took a false step and never gave any indication there was something wrong in the race.
"I am gutted as I would have thought he will be out for the season. I just hope we will have him back for next year."
