PUNTERS think Saturday's Racing Post Trophy will be going home with Aidan O'Brien, but there is some difference in opinion on which of his runners will claim the Group 1, as there was a rush of support for Yucatan on Wednesday.
Stablemate and Beresford Stakes winner Capri heads the market, but, having been a general 5-4 shot at the start of the week, is now out to 6-4.
Yucatan was only beaten three-quarters of a length by Capri in the Beresford, and the shortening in price of the son of Galileo suggests there remains little between the pair.
A 5-1 shot on Monday, and still available in places at 4-1 on Tuesday, Yucatan is now a top-priced 5-2 shot, and generally the 9-4 second-favourite.
Coral are one of the firms now at 9-4, and spokesman David Stevens said on Wednesday: "Capri was all the rage for the season's final Group 1 yesterday and was as short as evens, but from last night through to this morning it has been all about Yucatan.
"Having originally cut him to 3-1, the money kept coming and we were forced to go 9-4, suggesting there is not much between the stablemates."
