Dream win for Sean Bowen

Sean Bowen's decision to head to Warwick for one ride paid off as Rons Dream won the olbg.com Mares' Hurdle.

Rons Dream took the honours at Warwick

Bowen teamed up with the seven-year-old, trained by his father Peter, before heading to Newbury to ride Daphne Du Clos in the closing Listed bumper.

The young jockey already has one Listed race to his name as Rons Dream wore down long-time leader Jessber's Dream in the two mile five furlong contest at Warwick.

Jack Sherwood had set a steady gallop with the quintet closely grouped until the field were halfway down the back straight for the final time.

Jessber's Dream and Rons Dream pulled clear in the straight and jumped the last together before the latter turned the screw, galloping on to win by six lengths at 5/2.
