DROSSELMEYER, who took the scalp of Game On Dude when he won the Breeders' Cup Classic in 2011, has been sold to Stud TNT in Brazil and will remain at stud in South America for the rest of his career.
The nine-year-old son of Distorted Humor has shuttled from WinStar Farm in Kentucky to Stud TNT for the past five southern hemisphere breeding seasons.
Drosselmeyer has excelled with his early Brazilian offspring, who include Grade 3 winner and Grade 1-placed Enologo and the smart three-year-olds Estella Rossa, Kanton and King David.
Drosselmeyer was trained by Bill Mott for WinStar and won the Belmont Stakes at three, following up at four with a runner-up effort in the Jockey Club Gold Cup and his victory in the Breeders' Cup Classic.
The highlight of his first crop of three-year-olds in North America has been Yukon Belle, a stakes winner at Hastings Park this month.
He stood at a fee of $10,000 at WinStar this year.
