Fox Norton joins Colin Tizzard
Progressive chaser Fox Norton has been sold and will join Colin Tizzard's expanding ranks.
Fox Norton has been sold out of Neil Mulholland's yard
Place in the Arkle and at Aintree last season for Neil Mulholland, he made a startling reappearance at Cheltenham last month when winning a handicap by 11 lengths.
Fox Norton has been bought by Alan and Ann Potts, who have only recently moved their horses from Henry de Bromhead, having sent the majority to Dorset-based Tizzard.
A disappointed Mulholland, who had been aiming him at the Shloer Chase next weekend back at Cheltenham, tweeted: "Sad to lose our highest-rated horse Fox Norton this week as he has been sold to join Colin Tizzard he will be sadly missed by all here."
