(Healy Racing Photos) The ground at Tipperary remains Good to Firm (on the Flat course) and Good (on National Hunt track). Selective watering to maintain. The forecast is for a dry day.

The first of eight races on the mixed card is due off at 4.50pm.

Meanwhile, Killarney is Good to Firm (on Flat track) and Good, Good to Firm in places (on National Hunt course). The weather will be monitored in relation to watering. The forecast is dry and warm today with rain expected overnight into tomorrow.

The four day August Festival gets under way on Wednesday at 5.20pm.

Ahead of racing on Saturday and Sunday, the Curragh reports its going to be Good to Firm on the straight and Good to Firm, Firm in places on the round course. Watering will take place on the round track. The forecast is dry today, changeable thereafter.
