Green light for Yarmouth card
This afternoon's meeting at Yarmouth has passed a morning inspection and goes ahead.
Racing at Great Yarmouth goes ahead
Officials were forced to assess a false patch of soft ground, believed to have been caused by leak in an underground irrigation pipe, between the five- and four-furlong markers down the home straight.
But Yarmouth's executive was happy with conditions and gave the fixture the go-ahead.
There is, however, a tweak to the programme after the five-furlong handicap, which had been scheduled to take place at 5.05pm, was abandoned on Tuesday due to concerns over the area of ground in question.
