Harbour Law to parade at Epsom
Ladbrokes St Leger hero Harbour Law is to be the guest of honour back on home territory at Epsom races on Sunday.
He did it – George Baker returns to the winner's enclosure on Harbour Law after the St Leger.
Trained locally by Laura Mongan, Harbour Law became the first Epsom-trained Classic winner since 1969 when triumphing at Doncaster and has brought publicity to the town that has struggled to maintain its famous racing heritage in recent years.
The parade will take place at 1.30pm in the parade ring. The St Leger will be replayed, with Lucy talking us through the action with our racecourse presenter at.3.50pm.
Also expected to attend the meeting is Clare Balding, who will be signing copies before racing (12-1pm) of her recently-published children's book 'The Racehorse Who Wouldn't Gallop'.
Tickets are available for £16 in advance or £20 on the day.
