Tim Easterby's Yorkshire raider, a five-length winner at Wolverhampton recently, takes on 14 rivals in the historic £26,000 handicap over 1m 4f.
The Hawick-born former champion apprentice said: "I didn't ride him last time but I've been second and third on him this season at Ripon. It's a nice prize and he should run well especially if they go a good gallop."
A cracking contest also features recent course winner Carbon Dating carrying the Thistle Bloodstock colours which are set to be crowned leading owners at the Lanarkshire track for the second year running.
Scottish interest centres around Keith Dalgleish pair Biff Johnson and Cape Of Glory while Iain Jardine is represented by recent Musselbugh scorer Hillgrove Angel.
Hart has another fancied ride in the shape of Rose Eclair in the £18,000 EBF Stallions Scottish Premier Series Fillies' Handicap.
Ginger Jack made it two wins from two course visits when bagging £12,000 Scott Coppola Electrical Distributor Handicap at Musselburgh on Thursday.
Trained by Garry Moss, he still holds the one mile track record which he set on his previous trip in July 2010.
Teesside-based Moss said: "We'll probably freshen him up now and aim for the Cambridgeshire or the consolation race if he doesn't get in.
"He can be hard work and doesn't do a lot but Jason said he took hold of the bridle again and won nicely. He was unlucky at Ripon and in the Carlisle Bell otherwise he might have won his last five races."
