Henderson considering Parcs run
Nicky Henderson could give his Triumph Hurdle possible Charli Parcs a run at Cheltenham on Trials Day later this month, but has warned that this year's Festival may not even be on the cards.
Charli Parcs makes a winning bow at Kempton.
An impressive winner at Kempton on his British debut, he is one of a handful of potential Triumph Hurdle contenders for owner JP McManus.
"He is very talented and very pacey. Kempton was a good track to run him on the other day as he has a lot of gears," said Henderson.
"I would like to take him to Cheltenham at the end of the month, but it depends on what the ground is like and I need to talk to JP and the boys.
"JP has got quite a number of very talented juveniles, which is great because that's what it's all about.
"They've got to find their slots for later on in the season without beating up each other, so I'd like Charli to go there if we can.
"But if for any reason he didn't like Cheltenham, then he might be one to keep back for Aintree."
