ICESPIRE maintained Frankel's blistering start to his stallion career as she overcame signs of greenness to win impressively on her debut in a 7f maiden at Salisbury on Monday.
Trained by John Gosden for her owner-breeder Khalid Abdullah, the juvenile filly was settled at the rear of the field by her jockey Robert Havlin.
Entering the final stages, she found space to pass the rest of the pack and pulled clear to win by four lengths.
The sixth living foal out of the Distant View mare Quest To Peak, Icespire boasts a classy pedigree as she is a half-sister to Abduallah's Cheveley Park Stakes winner Special Duty who was also awarded the 1,000 Guineas and Poule d'Essai des Pouliches in the stewards room.
Icespire is also a half-sister to the winner Exemplify and is from the family of Grade 1 scorer Sightseek.
Her victory comes hot on the heels of another Frankel homebred of Juddmonte's tasting success as his son, Monarchs Glen, won at the second time of asking at Goodwood on Sunday.
A dual world champion, Frankel stands at Banstead Manor Stud and has supplied the likes of Group 2 heroine Queen Kindly and the Group 3 winners Fair Eva, Frankuus and Toulifaut.
He has now sired 16 individual winners from his first-crop of two-year-olds.
