TRIPLE German Group 1 winner Kamsin will relocate to Haras d'Etreham in France from Gestut Ohlerweiherhof for the 2017 breeding season after the operation took shares in the stallion.
He will be managed by Haras d'Etreham in collaboration with Gestut Karlshof, who part-owned and bred the horse.
The 11-year-old son of Samum is out of the Group 3-winning Winged Love mare Kaptiol and is a half-brother to Group 3 heroine Kapitale.
Trained by Peter Schiergen he went on to win six races including three at the highest level in the German Derby, Rheinland-Pokal and Preis von Baden in 2008.
Retired to stud in 2010, he has since supplied 41 horses from his first two crops including the Listed scores Sakamira and Amazonit.
Nicolas de Chambure of Haras d'Etreham said: "We think that Kamsin has a bright future as a jump stallion.
"He has the attributes we are searching for as regards pedigree, race performances and physique. His first two crops have been very promising; his progeny have a lot of stamina with a real turn of foot.
"We are delighted to offer him to French breeders in 2017."
