Traders' Tip

16.10 Ascot – Clic Work

Unusually for a horse trained by Paul Nicholls, the handicapper has given Clic Work a real chance and dropped him 11lb from his first handicap run for the yard in April and now gets into this lower grade of handicap with a real chance after a promising run at Stratford a couple of weeks ago. This step up in trip looks sure to suit and with leading conditional jockey Harry Cobden taking off another 3lb he must go close. Overnight odds of 8/1 have long gone but even at the revised 9/2 he could be worth a small interest.
