Tylicki, 30, was taken by air ambulance to St George's with suspected spinal injuries and is in a stable condition in intensive care.
The statement from McCoy read: "I'm sure every racing enthusiast will want to join me in wishing Freddy Tylicki a speedy recovery after the shocking accident at Kempton this week.
"The other jockeys involved, Jim Crowley, Steve Drowne and Ted Durcan, were incredibly lucky to have escaped without serious injury and we are all thinking of Freddy. Our thoughts are with him, his sister Madeleine and mother Irene, who have expressed their enormous gratitude for all the good wishes and support they have received."
The statement added: "Our almoner Lucy [Charnock] is constantly with them at the hospital during this very harrowing time as they await further news on Freddy's condition. I can't think of any other sport that has such a contrast of highs and lows."
