Muthmira gained compensation for her unlucky defeat at Ascot when making the most of a favourable draw in the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Fillies' Stakes at Yarmouth.
After being left in the stalls on her debut at Chelmsford the two-year-old was short of room last time out when sent off the odds-on favourite at the Berkshire track.
With the stalls moved across the course to avoid a false patch of ground, Silvestre de Sousa's mount (7-2) had a perfect pitch next to the rail in the six-furlong prize.
Making a slick enough break, the daughter of Arcano quickly asserted before maintaining her gallop all the way to the line to claim a length-and-a-quarter success from Gheedaa.
Bruce Raymond, racing manager to owner Sheikh Juma Dalmook Al Maktoum, said: "She just didn't see any daylight at all last time.
"We thought she would win at Chelmsford, but she stood in the gates and gave them too much ground.
"At Ascot they just crowded across her and she was left with nowhere to run. We were a bit anxious to make sure she used the draw and got out well.
"She is a nice progressive filly, that has got a good shape about her. Seven furlongs should be no problems and for sure she should be out again this season."
