NO less than 36 nominations to Flat and jumps stallions will be offered by ECSSO, an organisation which represents breeders in southwestern France, which will be drawn at their general assembly at 2pm on Saturday, January 21.

The draw will take place at Pont Long racecourse in Pau.

Among the nominations on offer are Air Chief Marshal, Amadeus Wolf, Anabaa Blue, Cockney Rebel, Gemix, Goken, Kap Rock, Martinborough, Mawatheeq, Prince Gibraltar, Rajsaman, Sri Putra and Vale Of York.

There will also be two vouchers drawn to reduce the cost of a nomination by €2,500.

Meanwhile in Vichy, France, a stallion parade will be held on January 20 at Stade Equestre du Sichon, with the presentation of stallions taking place from 11am to 3.30pm.

Among the stallions to be paraded are Coastal Path, sire of Bacardys who won the Grade 2 Champion National Hunt Flat Race at Aintree last April, and My Risk, sire of Sire De Grugy who won the Grade 1 Champion Chase at Cheltenham in 2014 and is a dual winner of the Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown.
