Queen's Trust (r) could contest the Blandford Stakes
Connections of the Sir Michael Stoute-trained three-year-old are contemplating dropping her back in both class and trip for the mile-and-a-quarter Group Two contest on September 11.
Despite only having a maiden win at Kempton to her name the daughter of Dansili has run some good races in defeat since being pitched into Group One company.
Having found only Minding too strong in the Nassau Stakes at Glorious Goodwood on her penultimate outing, the Cheveley Park Stud-owned filly then finished a creditable third upped to a mile and a half for the first time in the Yorkshire Oaks.
Chris Richardson, racing manager to her owners, said: "A final decision has not yet been made, but the Blandford Stakes looks the obvious one to try and have a crack at.
"It is under serious consideration. I think she is pretty versatile and is effective over both trips.
"I think the ground was plenty quick enough for her at York. She came there cruising and didn't let herself down on the ground.
"She ran a very nice race against an Oaks winner and a Breeders' Cup winner so it was a fair bit of placing. If there was a bit of ease in the ground she would have lengthened out more.
"Having been second to Minding the time before her form is high class."
