SADDEX will relocate from Haras de la Courlais to Haras de Grandcamp for the 2017 breeding season.

The 13-year-old son of Sadler's Wells previously stood at Haras de Mirande and Gestut Westerberg in Germany.

He is the sire of Pas De Deux, a multiple Group winner trained by Yasmin Almenrader who was last seen landing the Group 2 Darley Oettingen-Rennen at the beginning of September.

Other performers include the winners Bastille and Swiss Man.

The first foal out of the winning Irish River mare Remote Romance, Saddex was bred by the Niarchos family and purchased by the French Bloodstock Agency for €115,000 at the Arqana October Yearling Sale in 2004.

Trained by Peter Rau for owners Stall Avena, Saddex won seven races including the Group 1 Rheinland-Pokal der Sparkasse KolnBonn and the Group 1 Premio Presidente della Repubblica.
