Wise decision at Wolverhampton
Ben Linfoot heads to Wolverhampton for the tip of the day and he's chancing a Milton Bradley-trained sprinter at a big price.

There are slim pickings today following the abandonment of Ayr but Milton Bradley's BUSHWISE looks a big price at 20/1 to take advantage of her lower all-weather mark in the 6.40 Wolverhampton.
The Bushranger filly (how did you guess?) improved for the application of cheekpieces and return to turf earlier in the year, winning at Chepstow and Bath in April and May, before struggling a bit off her new mark of 60 in the summer.
Bradley has eased off her since the beginning of July, giving the three-year-old filly an 81-day break ahead of her return to the track this evening.
That should've freshened her up sufficiently and her entry at Brighton on Thursday suggests she is ready to roll again.
Granted, she's never really performed on the all-weather, but the first hint of improvement came at Wolverhampton in April when her third-place finish preceded those two victories on the grass, while she was badly hampered in the closing stages the last time she visited Dunstall Park.
I'm not convinced there's enough evidence yet to say she doesn't act as well on this surface, so her all-weather mark of 47 could well be workable given she's won off marks of 53 (effectively – she was rated 47 but was 6lb out of the handicap) and 56 already this campaign.
Josephine Gordon further alleviates that burden with her 3lb claim, while a favourable draw in three also adds weight to her case given she won't have to work too hard to adopt a prominent position just off the leaders in the early stages.
Whispering Soul and Whispering Wolf look a couple of likely pacesetters, and if Gordon can get Bushwise settled into a nice rhythm just off the pace she could well be in a good position to take advantage of her lowly handicap mark on the home turn.
